Your subscription comes with a monthly allotment of transformation credits. Here's what you can do with each credit:
Generate 4 unique visualizations for the interior or exterior space type you pick. For example, 4 different kitchen redesigns.
Use 1 credit to declutter a space by removing unwanted objects.
Use 1 credit to digitally furnish an empty room.
At the start of each billing cycle, your account will renew with a fresh set of credits to use that month. Upgrade your plan anytime if you need more credits.
Yes, sure you can! When you have used up your credits, Aelo.AI will prompt you if you want to add more credits. You can opt for additional credit depending on your monthly subscription. The starter plan adds 15 transformation credits, 100 transformation credits on the Base plan, or 1,000 transformation credits on Pro plan. Or you can wait until your credit refreshes. Please note that when you opt for additional credits during the month the following month will default back to the original transformation credit count, making sure you are not charged for the additional credit you opted for the previous month.
You can easily cancel your Aelo.AI subscription at any time through the "Manage Payments" under your profile settings.
When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You'll retain access to any unused credits in your account during this time.
For example, if you have a monthly subscription and cancel mid-month, the subscription will remain active for the rest of that month. Any unused credits will be available to use until the renewal date.
On the renewal date, the subscription will be canceled and any credits will expire. You'll still have access to previously generated images, but won't be able to create new transformations without purchasing a new subscription.
So in summary, if you cancel your subscription, you'll continue having access to the platform and can use your existing credits until the current subscription period ends. Cancel anytime, but take advantage of the credits you've paid for until then!
